We have been established over 60 years, and, under the care of proprietor and resident dispensing optician Richard Hutchings, still hold true to the same values of customer service that we did all those years ago.
We offer a full dispensing and optometry service in our modern, comfortable premises. All our eye care is handled by either Richard himself or by our resident optometrist.
Eye care is important to us, so we make sure that every eye examination is as thorough as possible. We screen for problems including glaucoma, and we take the time to ensure our patients are entirely satisfied with our quality service.
A full range of frames and lenses is kept in stock, with styles to suit every taste and pocket. We have everything from the most well known designer brands to our budget range.
Because we are independent we aren't tied to any particular products or companies, so are able to offer the very widest choice we can. This means we can source particular products for our customers when necessary, and we only offer the products that are right for you.
It's this personal, local service that we remain as proud of today as the day we opened our doors. Our name is built on our quality care, and that's something that will never change.
